Call for Papers 2017 is closed
For the 2017 issue we are inviting submissions spefically focusing on recent awards and on-going disputes such as Yukos , Philip Morris, Eureko andVattenfall .
We also welcome submissions focusing on the Opinions and Judgments of the CJEU, such as on the EU-Singapore FTA, Micula, which are expected to be delivered in early 2017.
The deadline for submissions was: 1 April 2017.
Submissions should be in English and must be in conformity with the house style of the journal and in particular the footnotes should be in confirmity with OSCOLA.
All submissions must be unpublished and original material.
Submissions should be send as MS-WORD doc to: EILARev2016@gmail.com
All submissions will be peer-reviewed. The Editorial Board reserves the right to accept, reject a submission or make publication conditional on modifications, which have been suggested to the author.

Authors are strongly encouraged to generate references using Zotero to ensure consistency. The OSCOLA plug-in for Zotero can be downloaded here.
Please note that the previous volume of EILARev used a different house style and can therefore not be used as guidance for citations.
However, as regards the numbering of the headings, abstract etc. you may use the published article of Fontanelli as a guideline:
